Frankincense
Frankincense is one of the best oils for skin support. When diffused, it has a very grounding and earthy aroma. Frankincense is also very supportive of multiple body systems, such as the immune and respiratory systems. I like to dab a drop of Frank on a pesky blemish or just put it in my moisturizer.
Thieves Vitality
Thieves helps support a healthy immune system and helps maintain overall wellness. It has a warm, comforting sensation when applied topically and has a very spicy and familiar aroma. Thieves is a blend based on an ancient recipe from medieval times.
Citrus Fresh
Citrus Fresh is perfect for getting rid of those funky smells. It is a blend of citrus oils with a hint of spearmint. Diffuse Citrus Fresh to create a fresh, clean scent or add a few drops to your laundry for extra stain fighting power.
Raven
Raven is a cleansing blend that is deeply soothing when applied topically. I like to diffuse Raven for easy breathing or rub it on my chest when I am starting to feel a little congested. It creates a cooling sensation when applied to the skin + is great to apply to fatigued muscles as well.
Peace & Calming
Peace & Calming is a godsend for our family. This is what I diffuse every night in Harper's room at bedtime. It's is a gentle, sweet blend of Ylang Ylang, Orange, Tangerine, Patchouli, and Blue Tansy and is one of Young Living's most popular essential oil blends. I love to roll this directly on my wrists.
Valor
Valor essential oil blend helps promote feelings of courage, confidence, and self- esteem. Combining the balancing properties of spruce, rosewood, blue tansy, and frankincense, it aids in visualizing and attaining self empowerment. I used this to nail my job interview where I currently work ;)
DiGize
DiGize is perfect for supporting the digestive system. It has a spicy (stinky) aroma, and is very soothing when rubbed topically over the stomach. Perfect to carry with you when treating yourself to a rich or heavy meal.
PanAway
PanAway is perfect to apply after exercise to soothe muscles. It has a very cool and soothing aroma and helps support the appearance of healthy skin. I like to add a few drops of PanAway to my bath post workout or mix with coconut oil to massage on sore muscles. I also love to diffuse with with a few drops of Lavender to make our home smell like you stepped into a spa.
Stress Away
Stress Away literally does what its name says. It is a blend of Copaiba, Cedarwood, Ocotea, Lime, Vanilla and Lavender. I love to roll it on my wrists at the start of every work day to release some of the normal everyday stresses. I also trade off between Stress Away + Thieves as a healthy alternative to perfume. It is also amazing in the diffuser.
